Delivery (Shipping) Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver food from partner restaurants to customers in the areas we serve in and around Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. The app shows the restaurants that deliver to your selected address.

Delivery time

Each order shows an estimated delivery time based on the restaurant's preparation time and the distance to your address — usually 20 to 60 minutes. Traffic, weather and demand can cause delays; you can track your order live in the app.

Delivery fee

A delivery fee is charged on every order, calculated from the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address. It is shown in your cart before you place the order.

Receiving your order

• Your order is delivered to the address you choose by an independent delivery partner.
• You get a 4-digit delivery code in the app. Share it with the delivery partner only when you receive your food — it confirms the delivery.
• For cash on delivery (orders up to ₹200), please keep the exact amount ready.
• Please be reachable on your mobile number. If the delivery partner can't reach you or access the address, the order may be marked undeliverable.

Physical products only

We deliver freshly prepared food. We do not ship goods by courier.
